The company was incorporated in Pakistan on March 13, 1988; as a private limited company in accordance with the provisions of Companies Ordinance, 1984 and was converted into public limited company on April 24, 1996. The company is primarily engaged in rendering of transport services to Sialkot Dry Port Trust, importers and exporters.

To acquire, construct and provide aid in improvement or working of Dry Port / Airport.

To carry on business of transportation of goods, merchandise, commodities, cargo, documents and all kinds of things, materials and passengers by motor, lorries, aero planes, helicopters, buses, trucks, taxi-cabs, cars, wagons, light railway, boats, carts, animals and any other kind of conveyance, between such places as the Company may from time to time determine and generally to carry on business of common carriers by land, water and air, or by any means whatsoever.

To open booking agencies at various places on different lines in Pakistan or elsewhere for the booking and carrying of passengers, luggage, goods, merchandise, commodities and cargo.

To do all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
